Dr Harry Millar is Consultant Psychiatrist for the Grampian Regional Eating Disorders Service and Lead Clinical for the North of Scotland Managed Clinical Network for Eating Disorders. He is published on epidemiology and service development in eating disorders and has been involved in advising the Scottish Executive Health Department and the Scottish Parliament Health Committee on developing improved services for patients with eating disorders.
