		Roy McClelland is Professor Emeritus of Mental Health at Queen’s University Belfast and Consultant Psychiatrist at Belfast City Hospital.   Email: R.J.McClelland@qub.ac.uk   Professor McClelland is Chair of the Confidentiality Advisory Group of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and Coordinator of the EuroSOCAP Project, which has developed guidance on confidentiality for European healthcare professionals.
