Fiona T Toal, MRCPsych, PhD

 

Dr Fiona ToalDr Toal is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, based at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health. She completed her PhD in neuroimaging with the Royal College of Psychiatrists, Ireland in conjunction with the Institute of Psychiatry, London.

Paul E Mullen, MB, BS, DSc

Professor Paul MullenProfessor Mullen is an eminent forensic psychiatrist and internationally renowned as a clinician and a researcher. He is Professor of Forensic Psychiatry at Monash University, and Clinical Director, at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health. Professor Mullen has an extensive clinical and research background. His research interests include the relationship between mental disorder and criminal behaviour, stalking, the long term impact of childhood sexual abuse, jealousy and litigious and chronic complainers.

James R P Ogloff, JD, PhD

 

Professor James OgloffProfessor Ogloff received his PhD in psychology and his Juris Doctor in Law, with distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is Professor of Clinical Forensic Psychology and Director of the Centre for Forensic Behavioural Science at Monash University. He is also Director of Psychological Services at Forensicare.

 

Prior to leaving Canada in 2001, Professor Ogloff was University Endowed Professor of Law and Forensic Psychology (Simon Fraser University) and Director of Mental Health Services (British Columbia Corrections). He has extensive clinical and research experience specialising in the area of assessment and treatment of mentally ill offenders.
